Framed within the hyper-performative world of Instagram livestreaming, a group of old friends reunite to celebrate one of their own opening a gallery show in Copenhagen. What starts as a hangout — jokes, phone calls, comments scrolling up the screen — slowly turns into something else as the history binding the group comes into view.

Bradley Banton wrote, directed and stars in his debut feature, made independently and then backed by Michael Fassbender's DMC Film. It arrives at S.O.U.L. Fest with a cast that reads like a roll call of Black British screen talent: Tuwaine Barrett, Dipo Ola, Jordan Peters, Savannah Steyn, Rasaq Kukoyi and Paapa Essiedu.
