A small number of writers will have their treatment and opening pages read in advance by a senior industry practitioner, then talk the work through with them one to one — not notes shouted into a room, but a real conversation about what the script is and where it goes next.

How it works

What this is not. The surgery is developmental guidance. It is not an offer of representation, commissioning, production, finance or continued access to the expert afterwards.
